Want to earn up to 25,000 AAdvantage Miles? Try Sprint. The cell phone provider now has a new offer to get you into a new cell plan or reward you for being a good customer.

New customers can earn up to 30,000 AAdvantage Miles just for signing up for new service. Just activate a new line to earn the first 25,000 miles and as long as one account on your plan is in good standing you’ll earn an additional 5,000 miles. 30,000 miles is enough for a domestic roundtrip ticket to most American Airlines serviced airports in the US.

That’s a pretty large bonus for activating new cell service, one that we value at $420 given AAdvantage Miles are worth 1.4 cents each.

Already a Sprint customer? Each year that you have your account standing Sprint will reward you with 5,000 miles. That’s not enough for most one-way tickets, but it’s a nice, $70 bonus just for being a loyal customer.

Things to Know:
  • You must have your new service open for 30 days to be eligible
  • You’ll need to register your AAdvantage Number at Sprint.com/AAdvantage in order to get the miles in your account.
  • The 5,000 miles for being a loyal Sprint customer is awarded monthly when your account is in good standing. Every month that you pay your bill on time, you’ll be awarded 417 miles, or up to 5,004 each year.
  • Miles are not immediately transferred. It will take 6-8 weeks after both activating new service or verifying that your account is in good standing each month before miles are credited.
